Product Introduction

The rectangular canal one-time forming machine is a fully automatic cast-in-place slipform construction equipment specially designed for regular square and right-angle channels. Different from U-shaped arc channels, this machine is dedicated to the construction of right-angle flat-bottom and neatly structured concrete canals. It realizes on-site one-time integral casting and forming, requiring no formwork erection, no formwork removal, and no manual plastering or repairing.

Widely applicable to municipal engineering, road drainage, park diversion and farmland irrigation & drainage projects, the machine produces canals with flat bottoms, standard sections, large drainage flow and high construction regularity. It supports two traveling modes: hydraulic self-propelled and winch traction. All machine specifications can be customized non-standardly to adapt to various standardized water conservancy infrastructure projects at home and abroad.

The rectangular flat-bottom and straight-wall structure features regular and full water-crossing sections. Compared with U-shaped canals, it achieves faster drainage speed and larger water discharge capacity, making it suitable for rainstorm drainage, centralized sewage discharge and large-flow water diversion projects.
Flat canal bottom with no sediment deposition dead corners
The flat-bottom design eliminates arc low-lying dead corners, allowing water to flow straight through. Sediment and sundries are not easy to accumulate, which greatly reduces the later maintenance cost of the canal. It is highly applicable to municipal sewage discharge and road side ditches.
Standard project appearance with higher acceptance standards
Formed with right angles and straight lines, the canal has vertical walls and horizontal bottoms with uniform and neat lines. It meets the high-standard requirements of municipal, highway and park beautification projects. Its formal appearance is more in line with national municipal acceptance standards than arc U-shaped canals.
Adaptable to standard regular trench construction
It is perfectly matched with standard right-angle rectangular trenches excavated manually or mechanically. Consistent with conventional earthwork construction habits, no special arc slope trimming is required, which reduces earthwork construction cost and improves construction efficiency.
Simple operation and strong universality
Centralized button control with adjustable traveling speed. Equipped with dual power options (electric motor / diesel engine), it can operate in field sites without electricity and urban & rural construction sites. Only 3-4 workers are required to complete the whole casting operation, effectively reducing labor costs.
One-piece integral forming, sturdy structure and no leakage
The machine performs continuous pouring, synchronous vibration and surface finishing while moving forward. The integral canal body is formed at one time without splicing gaps. The concrete features high compactness, excellent impermeability, frost resistance and scouring resistance, ensuring long service life.

Working Principle

Excavate standard rectangular earthwork trenches according to construction drawings and place the equipment accurately inside the trenches. Pour concrete into the machine hopper, and the equipment moves forward uniformly through hydraulic or traction system.

The built-in high-frequency vibration system fully vibrates and compacts the concrete. The special right-angle rectangular mold shapes the canal walls and bottom, and the rear finishing mechanism automatically completes smoothing and polishing. As the equipment advances, finished flat, square and integral formed rectangular concrete canals are produced in one continuous process.
