Product Introduction

This is an efficient trapezoidal canal slip‑form machine for continuous casting of concrete trapezoidal canals. The machine travels forward automatically, completing material feeding, vibrating, extrusion forming and surface troweling in one pass. It eliminates formwork assembling and dismantling procedures, greatly cutting labor and material costs. The whole section of canal can be finished in a single run with high‑strength finished product, smooth inner wall and accurate dimensions. It is special cast‑in‑place concrete equipment for water conservancy projects.

Main Structure

  • Trapezoidal forming mould: Customizable top width, bottom width, canal depth and wall thickness. Built‑in vibrators ensure dense concrete structure.
  • Power system: Dual‑power configuration of diesel engine and electric motor, suitable for construction sites with or without power supply.
  • Hydraulic travelling system: Hydraulic self‑propelled design. Travelling speed can be adjusted according to concrete working condition.
  • Hopper & troweling mechanism: Concrete can be fed by excavator or concrete mixer. The rear troweling unit delivers smooth canal surface and reduces secondary repair work.
  • Heavy‑duty steel frame: Good adaptability for muddy and uneven construction sites.

The built‑in high‑frequency vibration system ensures highly compacted concrete. Combined with rear drag‑form troweling, the canal surface achieves mirror‑like finish with high water‑passing capacity. Monolithic casting without joints brings excellent anti‑seepage performance. The finished canal is free of honeycomb and pitting, with high frost‑resistance and impermeability. Its service life can last for decades.
