Product Introduction

Weighing 8 tons, this machine adopts rubber tracks with low ground-contact pressure, so it barely damages original roadbeds and pavements. It is equipped with a 50 KW power system and a standard 0.8 m³ hopper, with a maximum forming width of 1200 mm and maximum forming height of 800 mm. It runs smoothly with lower noise, making it wellsuited for municipal roads, soft-subgrade sites and rural water conservancy projects, balancing traveling performance and forming efficiency.

Rubber Tracks, Ground-friendly Without Surface Damage

Featuring a dedicated rubber-track chassis and an 8-ton lightweight main body with a traveling width of 2200 mm, the machine delivers low ground specific pressure. It will not damage road surfaces, farmlands or soft roadbeds during construction, and is suitable for working scenarios with groundprotection requirements.

Flexible & Efficient, Easy Relocation

Powered by a 68-horsepower diesel engine and a 50 KW generator set, the machine features dual-electric dual-drive with two-stage reduction. It has a traveling speed of 0-7 m/h and a construction speed of 0-5 m/h. Compact-bodied for flexible relocation, it is ideal for fast mobilization and operation in medium- and small-scale projects.

Cost-effective with Low Operation & Maintenance Cost

It is equipped with a 240L fuel tank, fuel consumption of only 6L per 100 kilometers, a standard 0.8 m³ hopper and a hopper feeding height of 1300 mm. Compatible with conventional feeding equipment, it features a simpletomaintain structure and low long-term operation-maintenance expenses.
